This Privacy Policy describes how Water Sort: Juice Puzzle (the "App") handles your information.

1. Data Collection

The App does not require account creation, login, or any personally identifying information (such as your name, email address, or precise location) to function.

To help us fix bugs and improve the game, the App uses Google Firebase to collect limited, anonymized analytics and crash data, as described in Section 4.

The App also displays ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier (such as the IDFA on iOS), approximate (coarse) location derived from your IP address, and data about the ads you interact with. This advertising data may be used for personalized advertising and may be linked or combined with data across other apps and websites for advertising purposes (i.e., tracking). See Section 4 for details.

2. Local Data

The App uses your device's local storage (Unity PlayerPrefs) to save:

Your game progress (current level, completed levels)
Your in-game settings (sound, music, haptics on/off)
Power-up inventory (undo, hint, shuffle counts)

This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to any server.

3. Permissions

The App requires the following permissions:

Vibration — for haptic feedback during gameplay
Internet / Network access — to load ads and to send anonymized analytics and crash reports to Google Firebase and Google AdMob
App Tracking Transparency (iOS) — on first launch, the App may ask for your permission to track your activity for advertising purposes. You can allow or deny this at any time in your device settings, and the App remains fully playable either way

No camera, microphone, precise location, or contacts permissions are required.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services provided by Google:

Google Firebase Analytics — anonymized usage and interaction data (for example: levels played, session length, device model, operating system version, language, and approximate region derived from your IP address). Used to understand how the game is played and to improve it.
Google Firebase Crashlytics — crash reports and technical diagnostic data (such as device state, operating system version, and error logs) used to detect and fix bugs.
Google AdMob — used to display advertisements (banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads). To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier (such as the IDFA on iOS or the Android Advertising ID), approximate (coarse) location derived from your IP address, and data about the ads you view and interact with. Depending on your consent (including your App Tracking Transparency choice on iOS), this data may be used for personalized advertising and may be shared with or combined across other apps and websites for advertising and measurement purposes.

If you do not consent to personalized advertising, you may still see non-personalized ads. You can manage tracking permission at any time in your device settings.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to opt out of personalized advertising. You can manage ad tracking at any time in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 8, and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

6. Children

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Because the App shows advertising and uses analytics, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Updates will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
